ALOFT Hotel Round Rock Texas.
With 120 rooms the installation process was handled under the coordination with the hotel management. We unload the trucks and unpack the furniture before bringing it to each room which is the key for the cleanest job. Handling floor room configuration plans saved us a lot of time bringing the right stuff to the right place, and also abled us to set up the entire room accordingly to keep us on track for the opening date.

With 123 rooms the installation process was a challenge due to the short time period left before the opening date. After some unexpected delays we completed the project in only 2 weeks including bed assembly, sofa bed in each room, floor lamps, desk lamps, night stand, desk, side table, stools, mattress, and art work.

The pictures exposed here illustrate one day job from early morning at 5:30 am until 6pm.
You can appreciate how fast we handle the job. Opening the boxes outside of the building and bring each piece inside keeping the work area totally clean.

What is 5S Methodology ?
5S is a method for workplace organization which uses a list of five Japanese words.
